This information is utilized for fulfilling orders, deliver packages, send postal or email, administer contests or sweepstakes, remove repetitive information on customer lists, analyze data, provide marketing assistance, provide search results and links, process credit card payments, operate the Website, troubleshoot, and provide customer service. In order to accomplish our administrative tasks, we may share this information to our service providers.

c) Remarketing Information: We may share the information with a third party for remarketing purpose. 4. The users of the Daily Product website can update and correct information through the My Account area of the site. We advise you to make the edits as soon as the information changes. The credit card information is stored on a secure page. You may delete the information at any time through the 'My Account' section of your profile.

5. You can choose not to provide any information. However, the information would be needed in order to engage in certain activity on the website.

6. At Daily Product website, security is supreme for us. The personally identifiable information of the users is secured through an encrypted password. The information resides on a secure server which is accessed by only select contractors and personnel.

9. We reserve the right to modify the privacy policy at any point of time. In case we decide to make changes to the same, we will post the changes on the homepage, privacy statement and places that are deemed appropriate for the same.

10. General Privacy Issues:

a) The site is not meant for minors below 18 years of age. We don't sell products for purchase by children. However, we do sell children's product for purchase by adults.

b) There are places on site where you can publicly post review, comments, information about yourself etc. This information may be used by other companies or consumers. We do not have control over these postings. However, the users are required to post their names along with their reviews.

Layaway plan

Is only possible for a full priced item and excludes any discount, coupon or other sales events.


Our guarantee is that the piece will match the final design you approved through detailed photos, including the dimensions, type of stone(s) and metals (gold or silver).

Refunds will be given less shipping costs.


We offer free shipping for all our orders and we ship worldwide. Our shipping courier is DHL Express. Before placing an order, please check your full address and leave a phone number as this is needed for delivery. Also please note that signature is needed upon delivery. We will provide tracking numbers as soon as the package is ready to ship. If the package is already shipped out and you need to change your address, you will be required to pay $20 to change the address. This is because DHL considers this as a new shipment and we will be charged for those changes. All our packages are insured and will arrive safely.

*The delivery time is provided for REFERENCE ONLY and it is based on our own experience sending goods all over the world. Packages can sometimes take longer to be delivered, especially during the busy holiday seasons for example. They also can be custom opened, which will add extra time for delivery.

Again, please do not forget about our production time, which is 6-8 weeks for all made to order pieces. 

Customs fees

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or receiving fees incurred. 

Warranty and Care

Limited Lifetime Warranty

We stand by our work. We are proud to provide a lifetime warranty on each and every one of our pieces, so you can rest assured that your jewelry will be lovingly cared for whenever the need for service arises. 

For as long as you own your jewelry, we will provide repairs as needed. Our highly skilled repair specialist will evaluate your piece and communicate with you about recommended repairs. In addition, you may send us your jewelry at any time for a complimentary thorough cleaning and inspection, just to ensure it's in top shape and sparkling beautifully!
There are a few limitations to our warranty:
  • The replacement of lost center stones  is not included in our warranty. We recommend you obtain insurance for your piece for the unlikely event of a focal stone falling out or becoming damaged.
  • Many of our pieces feature one of a kind stones. If these stones become damaged, we will do our best to replace it with a comparable stone, but color and type may vary due to availability. 
  • Clients are responsible for shipping costs from and to our studio for cleanings, inspections, and repair work. International clients, please check with your customs office about whether or not import fees or customs will be charged on repaired pieces. These costs are your responsibility. 
  • All repair work (with the exception of replacement focal stones valued over $500) is free within the first three years of ownership. After three years of ownership, a small labor or materials fee may apply for your repair service. It is normal for minor wear and tear to occur when fine jewelry is worn daily. If your piece's repair needs fall beyond normal wear and tear, we will let you know about the labor or materials fee associated with your service after it is evaluated by our repair specialist.
  • The warranty is void if you take your piece to another jeweler for resizing or repair work. Please send it to us, as we know the designs and are highly trained to work with such delicate pieces!


    Jewelry Care

    To keep your jewelry in great condition, we recommend:

    • Removing all jewelry before being exposed to chemicals of any kind (including cleaning chemicals, lotions, soaps and makeup), before swimming, showering, or exercising, before doing outdoor work or gardening, and before heavy lifting.
    • Clean your jewelry regularly using warm water, gentle soap, and a soft toothbrush.
